Linterland is the specialist rural marketing and communication division of Lowe Lintas & Partners. What started as a mere project-based agency has transformed today into an extension of the client’s marketing and brand arm, with a team of professionals that has handled marketing and brand communication for over 100 brands across 54 categories.

Our main objective is to help marketers gain a thorough understanding of rural markets; thereby enabling optimal and effective marketing, communication and activation strategies for brands to connect with their target audiences.

We compile information on rural markets by studying market potential and trend indicators, audience profiles at town or village level and their consumption patterns. These help clients prioritise their markets and understand what kind of communication works with rural audiences.

We also own proprietary intellectual resources like CORE (Centre of Rural Excellence) and Lincompass (a tool containing detailed information on 20 Indian states, covering 481 districts, 4,709 towns and 5,88,382 villages).
