Challenge:
The electronics market is dominated by regional players who peddle their wares through low prices and discounts. We had to build a national brand which was loved and respected by consumers and trade.

Solution:
Today, features and technology are complex and confusing – and salesmen are constantly trying to sell them to you. We decided to truly be on our consumer’s side when (s)he comes shopping for electronics at our retail store. We do not sell, we help you buy!

Results:
Walk-in targets were exceeded by 78% immediately after the launch. 126% of sales targets were achieved in the first month of the launch. Brand associations were as desired: customer-centric, trustworthy, helpful and caring. The brand is today perceived as the only national player in the electronic retail market.
